Job Description
THE ROLE: Technology Manager, Enterprise Digital Solutions
The Technology Manager, Enterprise Digital Solutions role at A+E strongly affects project outcomes as a combination Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager and Product Owner. You will be primarily responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements and managing new feature and bug fix implementation through development, testing and deployment for various Marketing and Communications websites, Airtable and internally built tools. The Enterprise Digital Solutions Manager will work closely with business groups such as Corporate Brand Strategy, Publicity, Studios and Corporate Events as well as technical teams like QA, Development, and 3rd party technology vendors. This role will focus on both leading the development of building new features to keep these sites running and leading small-medium website development projects. The Enterprise Digital Solutions Manager should have a thirst for learning, a high technical aptitude, and very strong communications skills.

Management
- Manage internal team, vendors and consultants in providing application support and enhancements to the current systems
- Manage software roadmap that ensures that current systems remain up-to-date on technology and business needs
- Build a high performing team, foster open communication, transparency, highest level of integrity, trust & collaboration within & across the departments
- Detailed resource planning, allocation & forecasting. Ensure consistent processes for support & development including time tracking, task allocation, backup & succession planning, training and mentoring
- Ability to create development plans for staff to align with organizational & departmental vision
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve project and business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.
- The ability to break down complex processes into manageable components with well-defined interfaces
- The ability to plan high level implementation strategy, to judge difficulty level, and to predict expected completion times for specific task
- The ability to define technical roles needed to effectively deliver a solution
- Ability to present, with confidence, complex ideas in visual and consumable way to varied level of business users
Business Analysis
- Lead and oversee the business analysis process, ensuring requirements align with enterprise-wide objectives.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis and writing functional documentation for Marketing and Communications websites and tools.
- Provide detailed analysis of business requirements, processes and workflows to design and develop business and technology solutions.
- Ensures business requirements are understood and documented, agreed to, and signed off by all stakeholders.
- Working closely with technical team (developers, operations, database engineers, etc.) to ensure they understand the functional requirements. Provide them with direction as to functional requirements, scheduling and direct their priorities.
- Testing of software, identifying issues and gaps from requirements, and facilitating user testing. Provide direction to QA team and validate their work. Lead UAT.
- Learn new business software applications as needed, both to accomplish your own work, and to become an SME in support of new business goals and requirements.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
- Work in a highly organized manner, keeping track of and prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities and can act independently and proactively to move things forward.
- Lead Agile scrum teams through all Agile ceremonies. Take lead in schedule changes, business stakeholder communications, helping the team to manage priorities, resource shifts, calendar changes and anything that comes up.
- Ensure that programs, initiatives & projects are delivered on-time. Manage risks appropriately & plan proactive mitigation
- Regular status reporting, including but not limited to project & support status, to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Alerts manager to potential risks and issues of importance.
Application Support
- Develop and oversee support strategies, ensuring high system reliability and performance.

- 7+ years of IT/Technology experience
- 2+ years Project Management utilizing JIRA/Agile methodology experience
- Demonstrated experience in:
- supporting full-stack digital technology websites and applications, including basic understanding of CSS, HTML, CMS, CDN, performance testing
- leveraging Generative AI solutions
- documenting detailed functional requirements
- writing user tip sheets and instructions
- Excellent analytical, communication (both verbal and written), facilitation/organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel or similar tools experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
- Highest level of ownership, accountability & integrity
- High level of curiosity, engagement and determination to accomplish goal
- Proven ability to

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $126,125 - $147,566Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
