Job Description:
Arrow Global Components Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and self-confident individual to join the External Sales team built of 6 people. The main focus of the role is to find new customers (60%) and maintain relationships with current clients (40%). The position will be remote (Toulouse Area).
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities (In Toulouse and South-West of France, around 10 departments).• Take ownership of some existing accounts• Exceed profitable sales objectives through demand creation• Frequently visit customers to develop relationships at all levels.• Maximize Arrow design-in profile by responding to customer engineering and financial careabouts• Meet suppliers and position their key technologies at customers' using a challenger mindset• Manage all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers• Understand and promote Arrow's supply chain solutions
What Are We Looking For? • Previous experience working in Electronic Distribution, Manufacturer, EMS or OEM• Semiconductor / Interconnect, Passive and Electromechanical knowledge• Degree or Equivalent in the Technology discipline (preferably Engineering School degree)• Technical Selling Mindset• Proactive, Curious, flexible, energetic and continuous learner• Positive and constructive mindset• French and English fluent• Project management• Time and Priority Management
Nice to have:• Digital Customer Transformation experience• EV Charging E-Mobility skills
