Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of prototype builds according to the plan and specifications, within the declared time frame, with the required quality and quantity.
  • Modification and preparation of new components for builds.
  • Conducting tests on built products in accordance with PCP and work instructions.
  • Daily collaboration with the Product and Process Engineering team.
  • Participation in build summaries, reporting corrections, and contributing to the creation of Lessons Learned and Gate Chart.
  • Operation and regular maintenance of machines and equipment.
  • Preparing reports based on build documentation.
  • Support for pre-production builds at the MQ1 manufacturing facility.
  • Conducting functional tests of prototypes.
  • Reporting results, including: Pressure drop tests, Leak tests using a Leak tester, Leak tests underwater, Leak tests with a Helium tester, Burst test, Bulk density tests (ASTM D2854), Tests using a silo meter
  • Planning and implementing improvement actions in the Modeling area focused on increasing work efficiency, improving workplace organization,

  • Knowledge of operation and selection of measurement equipment
  • Ability to operate lathes and milling machines
  • Ability to operate a soldering iron
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Knowledge of design principles
  • Diligence, independence, organization, responsibility
  • Knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) is an additional advantage – Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of English – Preferred
  • Welding license – Preferred
  • Preferred electronic technical school – Preferred knowledge and skill development, and expanding the equipment base.
