As a Technical Writer you will be responsible for engineering requirements: gather and manage documentation, software requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will take full ownership of requirement specifications lifecycle through project execution and be accountable for quality.
Responsibilities
- Write the requirements specifications documents for the project by using the most efficient format (text, UML diagrams, graphics…)
- Participate in the tender response to cover the software business aspects.
- Study and understand customer needs, constraints, and business processes.
- Support the project manager and the technical team to understand the customer needs as well as delivering recommendations to all the stakeholders.
- Include Thales’s internal requirements (process, quality, security, product…) and constraints into project requirements.
- Manage, track and report requirements specification changes, progress, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor´s degree in information technology, systems engineering, software engineering or related fields.
- +5 years of experience in software business analysis.
- Fluent in Spanish and English Language (B2).
Position Requirements
- Colombian citizenship or work permit.
- Hybrid role, office based in Bogotá, Colombia.
