Technical Writer
- Will research and gather information from other team resources.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and users.
- Maintaining proper documentation versions.
- The ability to use MS Suite of applications
- AutoCad would be a plus.
This person must be proficient in formatting and will be responsible for creating and designing technical documents such as manuals, drawings, flowcharts, and other instructional tools to develop procedural documentation/workbooks.
The ideal candidate is an excellent writer. Able to convey technical concepts in simple, clear instructions with detailed images such as charts or diagrams. He/she will be intimately familiar with the product features and functionalities.
Requirements:
- Three years of recent experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
