Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging training content for our customers and service colleagues.
  • Design and lead practical training sessions that inspire.
  • Create appealing training documents and video content to support the learning process.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our product experts to drive further development.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in engineering or a solid technical education (e.g., as a technician, electrician, or in a similar field).
  • Experience in a similar field is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills make it easy for you to convey knowledge and inspire people.
  • Knowledge of video editing is an advantage and rounds off your profile.
  • Living near Koblenz or willing to relocate there.
  • Willingness to travel
