  • 問い合わせ対応の調査、確認、および管理 (チャット・電話・メールでの対応がメインになります)
  • 再発を防ぐための問題分析
  • 技術的なFAQの作成および公開
  • 必要に応じて開発部署へのエスカレーション
  • インストールやライセンス認証のトラブル処理、サーバの導入や運用面での技術サポート(Windows上のサポートがメインですが、Linuxを知っていれば尚可)

大手お客様担当の利用促進サポートスペシャリスト

  • いただいたお問い合わせ全体の把握と重要なお問い合わせがスムーズに対応されるように交通整理をおこないます。
  • お問い合わせ内容やエラーの傾向を分析し、お客様やアカウントチームに様々な改善のための技術的な提案を行います。

チームの先輩からのトレーニングやオンラインコースを利用して、技術や経験を高めていくことができる環境です。オートデスクソリューションの専門家として、ものづくりに携わるお客様へサポートしてください。

グローバルプロダクトサポートチーム

対象となる方

オートデスクの製品や関連分野の同等製品のサポート経験のある方

【下記いずれかの製品をサポートができる方】

  • AutoCAD、Fusion360、BIM360、ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) 、ShotGrid (旧Shotgun)、Revit、Civil3D、Infraworks、
  • インストールやライセンス認証トラブル対応の経験

望ましいスキル

  • PC、ネットワーク・システムセキュリティ、クラウドの知識
  • チームで協力しながら業務を進めることができるスキル
  • 口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
  • 基本的な英語の読解スキル
  • インシデント管理またはカスタマーサービスの経験
