Your role with us
Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to dive headfirst into supporting our community by manipulating datasets, writing database queries, and thinking analytically to investigate and resolve issues our customers are having on our huge platform. Please note, this is not your typical tech support role. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a specialised iGaming platform to support our players and to take an investigative approach to problem-solving. You will receive on-the-job training, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to establish their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
- Receive and apply on-the-job training, demonstrating a passion for continual learning and skills growth.
- Perform investigations into player and systems issues, leveraging specialised knowledge of our platform and technologies.
- Manipulate data queries and use various tools to perform data analysis to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Provide proactive technical support to our customer service agents and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Engage with suppliers and gaming providers to follow-up with issues and system enhancements.
- Adapt swiftly to new tools and systems within a rapidly changing technological environment.
- Document all actions, troubleshooting steps, and decisions made during problem-solving.
- Contribute to the team's success by identifying areas of improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Natural talent for computing and an interest in IT and Technology.
- Good communication skills, with an ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
- Proactive and adaptable, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player, dedicated to team success and continual improvement.
Bonus Points for:
- Exposure to iGaming or related industries is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog
- Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, large datasets and/or manipulating data queries is also advantageous but not a requirement.
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a technical support or data analysis role would be beneficial.
- Understanding of online casino gaming software and related technologies will be a plus.
