Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support in our Mumbai office, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with business SLAs.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot user endpoints (primarily Windows, with some MacOS) and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and manage issues within the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Provide fundamental support for Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) in a cloud-only setup.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team on operational initiatives and longer-term projects.
- Troubleshoot & maintain on-premise infrastructure such as printers, networking equipment, audio-visual conferencing systems.
- Support meeting room tech, ideally Microsoft Teams Rooms setups.
- Liaise with third-party vendors when escalation or specialist input is needed.
- The role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience in an in-house corporate environment.
- Strong experience with Windows 11 support (required); some exposure to MacOS (desirable).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online as a document management platform.
- Understanding of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), DNS, TCP/IP, and DHCP networking principles.
- Comfortable with AV equipment support, especially in office and meeting room environments (Teams Rooms experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, experience building and provisioning laptops using Windows Autopilot, with the ability to troubleshoot basic Intune-related deployment issues. No need to configure Intune policies, but familiarity with the process is expected.
- Able to self-manage and prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional support and improving user experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to expand your knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies.
