As the Hazardous Waste Customer Coordinator, you will be working within Veolia's Hazardous Waste Central Services Department, which is based at the Hazardous Waste Head Office in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton.

What you'll be doing;

You will be responsible for compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure that calls from customers are dealt with swiftly and efficiently

Ensuring the correct information is provided, including quotations etc. to assist with service efficiency.

You will ensure work is completed within agreed team targets, from booking an initial query to scheduling the collection.

You will deal with both internal and external customers and will be responsible for ensuring that waste queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with processes and legislative paperwork is completed.

The Customer Support Coordinator will book transport, input waste details, order labels liaise with the external sales team and inform customers.

You will be required to ensure that the correct data is entered into the Salesforce system to enable the correct and efficient servicing of Veolia’s customers at minimal cost to the business and ensuring compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures are adhered to.
