We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team and participate in the hiring process supporting finding exceptional talent and coordinating the transition from candidates to SQA Associates! You will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews and managing the internal documentation throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, job boards, social media
- Utilize our internal associate databases and support documentation on associate records
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, video, and/or in-person interviews
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods and internal processes
- Attend job fairs and careers events
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience in an administrative setting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Desire to learn to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
- Eagerness to learn about the quality-professional positions we seek and apply found knowledge to improve the quality of candidates
- Ability to work independently as the main recruiting resource for your assigned roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, a plus but not required
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Previous experience in a recruiting role
