Location: MUST be local to Dallas, TX (position will work hybrid in-office and remote)

Synonymous Business Titles: PD Program Manager

Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to organize and support cross-functional programs within the Generative AI Organization. This role involves tracking and reporting on the progress and results of operations, including budget, planning, performance, development roadmap, and quality, to senior management.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing strategic initiatives and internal projects aimed at enhancing Blue Yonder's internal product operations across various domains. 

What you will do:

· Collaborate with the Program Leader, technical development lead, and cross-functional teams across geographical locations to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and budget.

· Manage the scope, cost, quality, and schedule of software programs.

· Identify, track, and manage program risks and dependencies.

· Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to define key requirements.

· Develop and track progress against the program plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

What we are looking for:

Required Skills:

· Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, or Consulting, preferably within an enterprise software or similar company.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.

· Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and global programs.

· Experience with SAFE and Agile methodologies is required.

· Program or Project Management for GenAI projects a huge plus.

· Strong interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.

· Technical expertise to offer solutions within the developer community context.

· Self-driven with the desire to take ownership and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders

· Comfortability working in a startup environment embedded within an enterprise.

The salary range for this position is $114,104 - $143,896.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
