Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage project execution, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with project requirements and organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and achieve project objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify and resolve project issues and challenges, making informed decisions that drive project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background and understanding of software development, systems engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
  • Project Management Skills: Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
