Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the project and prepare staffing plans.
- Communicate with clients to understand and groom requirements and provide the status.
- Keep senior management updated with status and risks mitigation/management.
- Help the team to provide realistic work estimates.
- Help the team in technical decisions and technical challenges.
- Resolve routine project issues during project execution.
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
- Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team.
- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
- Responsible for technical growth of your development team.
