In this role, you will be a key driver ensuring that our technical and regulatory workflows are operating effectively as well as compliant to regulations, and that our technical projects are implemented properly. This especially includes requirements on data privacy, data security, and medical regulations are fulfilled in our organisation and technical projects. This way, you contribute to having a positive impact on the lives of millions of people all over the world.
You don’t have to bring all know-how already with you - we are welcoming passionate learners who want to develop themselves in this role. However, Must-Haves include strong skills and experience in technical projects with developers.

What will you do, once you're onboarded?
- Define and document technical software requirements as well as policies and processes to fulfill compliance standards, e.g. data security / privacy / medical requirements (DiGAV, GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 etc.)
- Drive technical projects involving new features for our product and business processes to ensure the success of our organisation
- Write and maintain processes (SOPs), policies, and other documentation to support compliance in the team
- Work closely with developers to translate software requirements into actionable technical requirements during implementation, and guide them during the full development process
- Conduct regular audits to assess and improve compliance under the relevant regulations
- Monitor and improve compliance of the organisation and staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to compliance, data security, data privacy, and medical device regulations.
What experience should you bring?
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in both GERMAN and ENGLISH
- Solid experience with ensuring compliance of an organisation against defined processes or standards
- Proven experience in related roles, having successfully completed technical projects in software companies that required to work directly with developers
- Solid experience with regularly writing extensive documentation (technical or processes or policies) for ensuring smooth workflows in organisations
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate at speed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice2Have / learnable:
- Bonus: In-depth knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR or other relevant regulations
