NeoWork is on the lookout for an experienced and organized Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in Colombia. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in both technical and project management domains will be essential in driving our initiatives forward and leading cross-functional teams.

NeoWork Project Manager will develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for Webflow web development projects. Will serve as the main point of contact for clients and work closely with designers and developers to ensure client needs are met and expectations are managed. The project Manager will perform quality assurance checks to review deliverables for accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client objectives before final deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects from inception through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability among team members.
  • Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders, including clients, developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain project timelines and milestones by tracking progress and identifying any issues or delays.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established budgets and resource constraints.
  • Conduct project meetings, providing updates to management and stakeholders on project status.
  • Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement measures.
  • Utilize tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to enhance project execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a technical or software development environment.
  • Experience and exposure with Webflow.
  • Strong proficiency in English (C1 level) for effective communication with international clients and teams.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing technical projects, with a thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
