As a Techincal Project Management Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled professionals including Project Directors, Managers, and Executives. This entails providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of their project portfolios while championing our proven work methodologies, as well as strategically overseeing and fostering their continuous growth and development plans. It involves creating an environment that supports their learning and provides opportunities for them to enhance their skills and expertise. Additionally, it requires regularly assessing their progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing effective mentoring and coaching programs to ensure their long-term success within the organization.

In addition to overseeing your team, you will personally manage your own portfolio of projects from start to finish. You will be involved in a range of dynamic projects such as captivating marketing projects, innovative website projects, and seamless CRM onboarding and system integration projects.

🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on:

Strong leadership and team collaboration:

  • Manage projects, time, and budget; provide guidance and support to the team.
  • Hold regular team meetings to foster collaboration, provide performance feedback, address underperformance, and motivate team members to excel.
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and effectiveness.

Strategic project scheduling and budget planning:

  • Create comprehensive project plans and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure financial success.
  • Effectively manage relationships with third-party suppliers.

Streamlined project tracking, reporting, and administration:

  • Manage project documentation and briefs to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Track and report project status using effective communication channels.

Effective project communication, timeliness, and client satisfaction:

  • Facilitate productive project meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and address problems with open and clear communication.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with clients to maintain satisfaction.

🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Extensive years of experience at a senior level working on either marketing, website, or CRM projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.

 👥 Get ready to meet your teammates:

You will collaborate closely with the COO, Rebecca Harris, with additional support from our two other Team Leads - Michelle Pearman and Michelle Luyt. As part of this role, you will provide valuable guidance and assistance to a talented international team located across three different regions.

🛣️ Interview Process:

  • 1st Interview (30 min)
  • Team Leads Interview (45 min)
  • Final Interview (30 min)

We aim to complete the process in under 3 weeks (subject to availability).

The salary range is between USD 110,000 - USD 120,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, with the following benefits:
