Team Carney is seeking customer-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) in cybersecurity compliance. You'll have the opportunity to work on national-level, mission-critical cyber defense processes, security risk management, and compliance. The TPM will mange a program focused on cybersecurity compliance supporting government ATO processes, leading a team of subject matter experts, and developing DoD training strategies related to cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations and maintenance of the DoD Cyber Exchange NIPR, SIPR and Public web portals
- Oversee the DoD Cyber Exchange Help Desk support function
- Provide oversight for the DoD Cyber Exchange Content Management and Web Master
- Lead the team of web master and environment development personnel
- Be responsible for environment development and migrations
- Provide network engineering support for the DoD Cyber Exchange network services between HQ, computing services, cloud service providers, other DoD organizations if needed, and application components
- Aid the government in maintaining the current information security framework
- Work with the government client and stakeholders from across the DoD to develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity training
Minimum Requirements
- PMP
- 6+ years of experience network security, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineering manager, technical lead, or technical manager with Agile processes
- Knowledge of solutions architecture, web technologies, relational databases, networks, Cloud, and security
- Ability to work with minimal guidance to drive, schedule, and execute tasks for new solutions, features, integrations, deployments, and operations
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Security Compliance, including RMF or ATO processes, NIST, FedRAMP, or GRC tools
- Experience with Software and Security Operations, including DevSecOps, Software CI/CD and Supply Chain, or Vulnerability Management
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication of technical concepts, presentations, and facilitating requirements or technical meetings
- Master's degree
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees. Posted Salary Range: USD $70,800.00 - USD $225,650 /Yr
