About the Role:
As a Technical Program Manager at Symbl.ai, you will lead the execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Working as a Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Lead technical project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior leadership.
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Possess a minimum of 4 years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate experience with cloud technologies, AI, or other emerging technologies.
- Show experience in a large-scale, globally distributed environment and exhibit a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Please Note: Although we have focused centers in Seattle, WA there are no restrictions on where you can be located for this role - Symbl is fully remote.
