Our product Legisway Analyzer is a deep-learning platform designed for lawyers, used both as a standalone application and an AI component for the Legisway product. The team is composed of a team of 20 legal professionals and AI technologists working between London and Paris to make legal contracts easier for lawyers and their clients to understand (more than 150 users).

Its mission is to make it easy for firms of all sizes to review contracts and legal documents with their own checklist or playbook as fast and accurately as possible, leveraging the latest AI technology innovation (LLMs)

Mission & Responsibilities

  • As a Product Owner (m/w/d) for Legisway you see the big picture while managing the details, ensuring the product aligns with business goals and user needs

  • You’ll be working closely with the Product Management team to understand the User need

  • Strong communication skills help you bridge the gap between technical teams and internal stakeholders as you design the solution

  • Of course, you’ll be working closely with colleagues from development, Product Management, and other business teams to drive results

  • Every day some small problem-solving and critical thinking are essential, as you’ll need to make tough decisions and prioritize features effectively

  • Your adaptability is key since priorities shift in our fast-paced environment. Your curiosity helps in understanding how new features should be integrated over our different products and their respective complexities

  • You are effective because you are decisive and accountable while influencing stakeholders and building consensus

The experience & skills we look forward to you having

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and applications like Youtrack, Jira, Miro, or other Product Manager / Owner tools

  • Working within a project-based environment, preferably within a software implementation role with experience of (b2b) customers

  • Be able to understand priorities and product strategy in order to adapt sprint content accordingly with development/product management teams

  • Able to manage a Product integration Backlog in line with Product vision and stakeholder expectations

  • Experience in writing requirements for (configuration related) solutions, understanding the details that matter to the end-user

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably Legisway and related artefacts and/or partners is preferred

  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experiences and Training

  • Minimum of 5+ years working experience as business analyst, Project manager, business consultant, or application/implementation specialist, supporting customers in a software domain.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Experience in problem analysis, verification, and solving abilities

  • Understanding of SAFe methodology and procedures

  • Proficiency in English is a must, French is a nice to have
