Shift5 is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the expert on our products and our customers. You'll develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audiences within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Federal Civilian Agencies, Federal System Integrators, and commercial rail, maritime, and aviation manufacturers and operators. You'll create high-impact sales and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion. And you'll work closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure we're delivering the right message to the right people at the right time.

This is a critical role that requires both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach. You'll need to be a strong communicator, a creative thinker, and a results-oriented individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver compelling product messaging and positioning
  • Create high-impact sales and marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, solution briefs, white papers, webinars)
  • Partner with sales to enable them to effectively sell our products
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Be a subject matter expert on our products and our customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or sales enablement in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of complex technologies
  • Proven track record of success in product marketing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $125,000-$175,000
