Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager, You will join a fast-paced environment to drive the development and implementation of our financial solutions, with a focus on maximizing customer value and ensuring technical excellence, you will work closely with our engineering and product team to design, build and roll-out products that serve the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
- Work closely with the engineering, product, and business teams to define and prioritize product features and functionality.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new features and functionality.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Accountable for the product backlog and prioritizes user stories with team members.
- Create business user stories, explain, share and decompose features into user stories.
- Do the acceptance testing to make sure that the delivered product meets the business need.
- Consult and review test cases against requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 in technical activities, and 3 years or more in technical product management.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and practical understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical background and understanding of software development processes
