The Opportunity

As a Technical Product Manager – AI, you will help shape and deliver the next generation of AI capabilities on the FICO Platform. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on FICO’s platform by infusing it with next-generation AI capabilities. This is a hands-on, collaborative role, ideal for a product leader with a strong background in AI/ML technologies, a strategic mindset, and a drive to build impactful solutions. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable Generative AI services that enhance decision intelligence across the industries where FICO leads—particularly in financial services, risk and compliance, fraud prevention, and credit decisioning. In this role, you’ll help define the product roadmap, lead day-to-day development, and ensure that AI solutions are not only technically sophisticated but also aligned to the real-world needs of a highly regulated and rapidly evolving markets.” - VP, Product Management 

 

What You’ll Contribute

  • Help shape the roadmap for core Generative AI capabilities on the FICO Platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic priorities.

  • Drive product discovery and delivery efforts by collaborating with Engineering and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans.

  • Lead feature definition, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to ensure effective execution and timely delivery of GenAI product components.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration with design, research, and data science teams to validate user needs and model performance.

  • You’ll work with a dedicated team, leveraging your skills in AI and machine learning to build solutions.

  • Partner with internal product teams to support adoption of GenAI tools and infrastructure, enabling scalable experimentation and deployment.

  • Monitor AI/ML industry trends and regulatory developments to inform product direction and ensure long-term relevance and compliance.

  • Contribute to customer and partner engagements, including discovery sessions, enablement, and feedback loops.

  • Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure product readiness, including messaging, documentation, and training materials. 

What We’re Seeking

  • Experience as a Product Manager or Platform PM, with a focus on AI/ML technologies or enterprise platforms.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex product decisions.

  • Solid understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.

  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and clearly articulate trade-offs and value propositions.

  • Commitment to responsible AI practices, with an interest in building solutions that are both powerful and trustworthy.

  • Technical fluency with a passion for delivering real-world impact—ready to shape the future of AI-powered products and platform capabilities on FICO’s Generative AI team.

  • 7-10 years of industry experience in product management, platform strategy, or AI/ML solutions, with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and make high-impact, strategic product decisions in complex technical environment.

  • Strong understanding of the industries and competitive landscape in which FICO operates—such as financial services, risk and compliance, fraud prevention, or credit decisioning—with the ability to translate market needs into differentiated product capabilities.

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in a related discipline; significant experience in platform or product leadership roles.
