The Opportunity:
Technical Project Manager (PM) - ServiceNow. The role involves managing the lifecycle of ServiceNow ITSM platform, ensuring alignment with business processes and other platforms, liaising with stakeholders, driving adoption and delivering continuous improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of ServiceNow ITSM platform including development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Streamline and standardize ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows in accordance with business needs.
- Communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across platforms.
- Develop and lead the adoption plan of ServiceNow across the organization, defining KPIs and measuring success.
- Identifying areas for continuous improvements and driving their implementation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ITIL Certification.
- Proven experience in managing ServiceNow implementations in a large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, etc.
- Experience with other IT Service Management tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Prior experience in IT consulting or IT services industry.
