We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Program Manager to join our team and spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge learning solutions tailored for technical and engineering groups. You will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the development of comprehensive learning solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of learning programs, from initial design offering consultation through implementation ensuring training solutions meet the needs of our technical and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of learning solutions, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality educational programs on time and within budget.

Client Collaboration: Engage with technical and engineering stakeholders to assess learning needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment of learning solutions with organizational goals.

Solution Design: Oversee the creation of learning materials and curriculum, suggesting best practices for instructional design and leveraging your technical expertise to break down complex contents into digestible formats.

Program Management: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all learning programs meet high standards of quality, effectiveness, and relevance. Conduct evaluations and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, outcomes, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in learning program management, with a proven track record in leading and designing learning solutions for technical or engineering teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or Project Management). A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Technical Background: Solid understanding of technical concepts and familiarity with engineering principles, with at least 3 years of experience supporting technical or engineering groups.

Project Management Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management, including experience with project planning, execution, and resource management.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
