The Enterprise Technology team supports firm-wide solutions with a mix of vendor products and custom development and acts as a critical data provider to internal and external Point72 systems.  As part of the Corporate Technology group, we ensure that our business has the right tools deployed in the right way to be successful across all groups – including Human Resources, Finance, Investor Relations, and Compliance. 


What you’ll do

You will be responsible for supporting, enhancing and developing Corporate Technology products and solutions, specifically focusing on enhancing our broad Salesforce footprint, improving our document management capabilities through our BOX.COM product, and re-imagining our Integration tools and methodologies.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage a team responsible for a portfolio of firm technology solutions including CRM (Salesforce), and document management (BOX.COM) as well as evolving our integration infrastructure, particularly surrounding our HR, Finance and other enterprise core data.
  • Lead technical strategy and design to ensure delivery of solid end-to-end solutions across multiple groups, ensuring selection of the right solutions and tools to meet business needs, with minimal duplication of products.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support business-aligned, technically sound roadmaps and improved user experiences for our products, including:
    • Providing design oversight and development reviews to ensure quality development with appropriate testing and migration controls
    • Overseeing production support, application maintenance and upgrades, and instilling consistent and thorough quality assurance
    • Keeping abreast of the latest capabilities of vendor products and solutions to bring emerging business value to the business

 

What’s REQUIRED

  • Experience managing a global technology team
  • Experience with CRM and client collaboration tools, configuration platforms, and integration tools such as Salesforce, Box.com, Mulesoft, Informatica or Boomi
  • Solid understanding of databases, enterprise data concepts, and tools including Alteryx and Tableau
  • Strong technical acumen with proven ability to design end-to-end solutions, which may require technical assessment of both custom and vendor options
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing differentiated client groups, building relationships, and designing integrated technical solutions for exceptional business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to align with business needs
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High sense of personal accountability and ownership

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
