- Design, develop and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and decision-making processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers to deliver the assigned User Stories / tasks.
- Ability to perform Code Review and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Perform integration testing with the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on task progress / concerns to the Project Manager / Business Analyst.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems updates, features, and industry trends, and integrate these into development strategies.
