We are transitioning our end-to-end investment management process to a leading Asset Investment Management (AIM) application. The migration will revolutionise how we operate, enabling more streamlined processes, enhanced portfolio management services to clients, and greater agility in a rapidly evolving market.
As an experienced Technical Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in this journey. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time, where your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless adoption and operational success of our new AIM/OMS solution. With this project’s scope and the high visibility across the organization, you'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, working alongside cross-functional teams to provide top-tier technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and help drive the overall success of our transformation.
The role involves facilitating the day-to-day smooth running of our business critical tools, and contributing to our 1st and 2nd line support operations. You will have the opportunity to help enhance our Support Service Management, and any insights and hands-on experience will be invaluable in this process.

About The Job
What you’ll spend your time doing:
While there is rarely a ‘typical’ day within this role, here’s a snapshot of some of the key parts of the job:
- Working with the DevOps Support Manager to deliver on operational priorities, as required;
- Assist with the maintenance and support of all back office information systems, including FIS Integrity, BNP Neolink, and Bloomberg;
- Provide first and second line support to users of all systems, solving user queries where possible;
- Implement and test BAU changes to systems;
- Investigate and resolve issues identified in supported systems;
- Identify and escalate risks identified in the operating model;
- Maintain detailed procedures for all system related processes;
- Implement a professional support model and develop a required reporting method of KPI’s;
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Front and Back Office teams, IT and vendors.

What you’ll need:
For this particular role there are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have. These include:
- Extensive experience working with, and supporting, Investment Management teams including systems.
- Any familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) – i.e. Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM.
- Knowledge in financial products – i.e. FX, Equities, ETD, and Derivatives.
- Any familiarity with Power BI, SQL, VBA, SSIS, and SSRS would be a bonus.
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA to understand and transform/enhance legacy processes.
- Any familiarity in Microsoft Stack (Azure, .NET, SharePoint, Visual Studio, etc.).
- Good Client Relationship Management skills.
- Willingness to partner with others to understand requirements, manage expectations, solve problems and deliver solutions.

- Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy or sell up to 5 days
- Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
