Overview:
Technical support and facilitator for the proper operation of the trading table of Bancolombia.
Responsibilities:

Address end-user requirements of Trading Tables
-
Ensure and validate the operability of systems in production.
-
Analysis and diagnosis of service incidents
-
Escalation and reporting to the factory on incidents and problems that demand it, including analysis of traces, logs, etc.
-
Work collaboratively with third parties to resolve service incidents.

Generation of service reports
-
Support execution of support activities such as updates and laboratory tests.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or Telecommunications systems support and end-user service.

Management and technical knowledge of Trading systems.
-
Desirable knowledge of solutions and products from the Unify line: Xpert Systems, Turrets, ASC EVOIPNeo Recording System
-
Proven knowledge of network hardware and software, VoIP devices and troubleshooting.

A team player with the ability to communicate well with team and customers.
-
English proficiency
