The position
We are currently looking for a Technical Specialist in MS Client technologies, within the Infrastructure division. The team reports directly to the Head of Infrastructure and Cloud services, and is dedicated to develop strategies, designing and defining new architecture and ensuring implementations across all commercial functions in HBK.
Our new Technical Specialist in Client technologies will be responsible for driving the architecture, governance and implementation of the Client related infrastructure setups globally across all business units. This is a strategic focus area in HBK, and will be key to the offerings from global IT to a ever developing and demanding business.

Primary responsibilities
You will take on a very diverse role with a challenging, dynamic and rewarding day-to-day set of responsibilities.
In this role, you can expect to:

Provide expert advice and guidance on Microsoft 365 (O365) products and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and more.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations to clients.

Drive the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Provide detailed documentation and reports on client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Professional qualifications
-
min 5 years of experience as an IT Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including administration and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
