As a TISL, you will play a critical role in protecting digital assets, customer and consumer data, operational technology, and supply chain systems. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure our IT and IT systems remain secure, resilient, and compliant with industry and local regulations ensuring there is a proper security level.
What you will bring
We are looking for an individual to spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MDLZ cybersecurity; that is capable to combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving secure digital transformation while aligning with evolving threat landscapes and compliance demands.
- Embed cybersecurity program into business priorities and initiatives
- Support cybersecurity efforts on remediation of a cybersecurity incident
- Closely collaborate with Enterprise Architects to embed security into digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with all employees and global Cybersecurity teams to ensure business continuity and eliminate any potential issue.
- Ensure alignment with global security standards and local regulations.
- Educate and influence business stakeholders to adopt a security-first mindset in customer engagement, product innovation, and collaboration with all involved.
- Work closely with cybersecurity, enterprise architects, legal, audit, governance and compliance teams and third parties.
- Ability to think long term and assess business impact, transmitting this in a clear way to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate Cyber Security Projects through MEU Specific approval processes (MPAA, LRIA)
Expertise and Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 3 in a technical leadership role.
- Capable to influence C-Level executives and senior managers to create proper awareness.
- Strong communications skills to convey technical and business needs in every single decision.
- Understanding of risks and compliance to ensure proper risk assessment is performed.
- Solid vendor management that allows to build string relations.
- Ability to drive change management in a complex and continuous evolving environment.
- Taker ownership of challenges and delivers high-quality results with minimal oversight.
