WHAT’S ON OFFER
As Technical Implementation Specialist, reporting to the Director, Engineering Development, you will have a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer’s success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical systems design, data analysis, customer onboarding and ETL technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform
  • Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion
  • Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer
  • Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL, data ingestion or system configuration 
  • Utilize our platform to deliver weekly data deliveries
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations
  • Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with clients’ existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges
  • Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong technical foundation: proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, )
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tools
  • Experience with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

We are a remote - first company headquartered in Toronto with frequent virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions and socials.
