What are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Implementation Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our solutions for clients, ensuring that each deployment is executed smoothly and by best practices. You will be the bridge between our product and our customers, ensuring successful deployment and technical onboarding.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of iPiD's solutions for clients, ensuring a seamless process from kickoff to production
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their technical environments
- Prepare and provide necessary technical documentation for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, typically Engineering and Product, to implement integration solutions and workflows
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process and post-implementation
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct training sessions and create technical documentation to empower clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, collect client feedback, help clients optimize their use of our solutions
- Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Minimum 5 years experience in a technical implementation or project management role, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical implementation processes
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Driven and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while being a reliable and collaborative team player
- Experience working in a globally distributed start-up or high-growth environment is a plus
- You must have the authorisation to work in the EU
