As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in integrating banking systems into our solution in collaboration with our trusted partners. This role is focused on deploying, administering, and optimizing our platform for banking clients, ensuring smooth integration, reliability, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment & System Administration: Deploy, configure, and manage NetGuardians solutions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- System Integration & APIs: Implement and support system integrations, interfaces, and secure connections between banking systems and our platform.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure system stability.
- Linux & Automation: Manage Red Hat (RHEL) environments, using Python and Bash scripting to automate tasks and optimize deployments.
- Database & Middleware Management: Work with MariaDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and high-availability (HA) architectures to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with our partners and banking clients to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Your Profile
- Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical implementation, system integration, or IT consulting role, ideally within banking or enterprise IT environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong Linux (Red Hat) administration experience.
- Hands-on expertise in system integration, APIs, and enterprise middleware (not AI/ML or data science).
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash) for automation and system configuration.
- Experience with MariaDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and high-availability (HA) setups.
- Familiarity with virtualization environments (VMware) and network integration.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Ansible, Terraform) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Communication & Soft Skills
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or within virtual, distributed teams.
- Effective collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
