All about the role:
The creation and maintenance of technical documentation in a way that will enable quick and efficient diagnostics and repair of household appliances and also supporting Spares Planning and Service Operations to ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Monitoring changes in development and production in own Factories and OEM/ODM suppliers to keep it up to date with running productions changes.
- Prepare Spare Part List after the correct assortment according to a defined timeline, based on new projects or changes in the supplier, or on the replacement for spare parts that are no longer available.
- Definition of parts, creating entries in spares databases, creating of drawings, and modification of electrical diagram.
- Support Spare Parts Planning Team to optimize the supply process.
- Support for Service Organization in case of spare parts-related issues.
- Identification of costs, quality, and efficiency improvements.

- Creating of service documents like service bulletins, spare parts and fitting instructions
- Support all types of translation regarding the bulletins.
Job responsibilities
- To create the spare part list to technical document system
- To Maintain spare part list and replacement detail to technical document system
- To create Service and technical support and release to technical document system
- To enhance spare part and technical document quality and efficiancy
- To support spare parts and technical issues from internal customer requirement
- To align work process and support BA OS prioritization.
- To support spare parts and technical document setting up for the internal customer.
- To co-ordination with OS PM or another partner follow aligned agreement or guideline
Who you are:
- University Degree in Engineer or related filed
- At least 3 years of experience in technical documents end to end process
- Having English proficiency to communicate with global team
- Ability to correctly interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams,
- Basic knowledge of graphics editing software,
- Basic technical knowledge on operation of household appliances,
- Self-organization and ability to prioritize,
- Initiative and reliability
- Consumer focus,
- Ability to quickly adapt to existing conditions,
- Team awareness,
- Positive attitude
