Technical Director

Technical Director provides software development leadership and vision for Amdaris and its clients. The director is responsible for aligning an organization's technologies to the needs of the business. The director provides management leadership for all technologies in Amdaris. In collaboration with Portfolio Directors and Client Partners, is responsible for monitoring and improving the technical excellence in client’s projects by auditing that existing practices meet compliance requirements.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Direct development and delivery of software solutions to meet customer needs in collaboration with Portfolio Directors
•  Responsible in driving the technical excellence across company and the client’s projects
• Represent company’s software development expertise in winning of new business along with sales department
• Coordinate with Resource Managers in validating resource allocation in existing and new projects
• Develop and manage company’s technology expertise through collaboration with Training and Development function
•  Identify priorities and communicate technology impact throughout decision making process
•  Forecast, plan, research and select new technologies enabling Amdaris and its clients to attain business goals
• Provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design and deployment of new products and services
• Provide strong thought leadership on emerging technologies
• Analyze various technical solutions and recommend based on technical and financial merits
• Career coach Technical Architects and Principal Developers
• Support Recruitment Department in development of the interview panels 

 TECHNICAL DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Technical Director, Technical Architect or Principal Developer 10+ years
• Passionate about technology and software development
• Expert knowledge in Secure SDLC
• Experience in designing technical solutions for complex software products
• Proactive working style to address future challenges
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and groups of people
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Vast experience in relevant technical field
• Advanced English
