You are the representative of the Hoolisoftware customer -- you find a way to get them whatever they need to be successful thru: wireframing, documentation, designing new features, and filing bug reports. At the end of the day, your success is completely tied to our Customers’ delight and ease-of-use of the Hoolisoftware platform.
In the process, you must be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! You embrace the “voice of the Customer” by listening and collecting their feedback, reading thru their feedback verbatim and filing relevant bugs in order to improve the feature/module.

Job Description

  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts (wireframes) based on knowledge of layout 

  • principles and esthetic design concepts

  • Work closely with Designers, QA and Engineering to implement new and improve upon existing 

  • Work with usability researchers to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators (KPIs) and aide Customer in achieving those goals

  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally – especially via Engineering and Product

  • Implement refined designs to improve the UX of the product

  • Program manage feature/customer escalations and support issues

  • Obtains approval of concept by Product Team and VP of Product for approval

  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience a plus

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially PowerPoint)

  • You’re driven, passionate and Customer-obsessed: No one needs to push you to excel in your role – it’s just who YOU are!

  • You are eager and want to help and serve our Customers. If they WIN, YOU win

  • Must be able to handle constructive criticism and rejection well

  • Can communicate complex technical and design-related ideas in a straight-forward way
