JR69682 Technical Customer Manager - Graphics DRAM

As a Technical Customer Manager for the Graphics Segment in the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU) you will manage the support and qualification of Micron’s Graphics local industry partners and customers across a comprehensive range of DRAM products and solutions.

In this role you will excel in being a primary interface between the customer and Micron internal teams, developing a long-term relationship and serving as a lead project manager for regular communications inclusive of qualifications, issue resolution, and critical outgoing messaging to meet business plans.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Graphics customers to ensure Micron is a trusted advisor and preferred supplier
  • Manage the qualification of new product introductions (NPI) at targeted customers
  • Definition and execution of customer qualification plans and schedules
  • Managing customer concerns by driving priorities on issue resolution-closure-corrective action
  • Contribute technical and business input as it relates to Micron’s products and overall business needs
  • Drive collaboration across segments to ensure timely customer enablement and successful ramp of new products.
  • Managing regular customer communication, understand customer needs, and drive associated next steps
  • Ensuring sample requirements are identified and driven for your customer
  • Provide regular customer updates to Micron management
  • Work with Micron development and validation teams on the customer qualification process as well as the critical customer requirements
  • Work closely with Micron Business Development, Program Management, Sales and Field teams to align Micron’s product roadmaps with customer needs and business goals
