Position Overview
ATLAS SP is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate closely with business partners and technology teams to create new tools and applications that enable, streamline, and support our core businesses as it relates to CLS (ACBS) lending platform. This individual will work to rapidly implement innovative solutions to streamline decision making, data availability, analytics, and client reporting. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be a member of our experienced Product team and will partner with other analysts and technologists to design and implement sustainable systems to facilitate rapid scale and exceptional functionality.
Primary Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the business and development teams understanding our data and processes, identifying trends and patterns to help make business decisions.
• Document detailed user requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Partner with financial professionals on creating flexible systems that are both stable and provide transparency of business logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user reported issues.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope.
• Work closely with application vendors prioritizing enhancements and defect resolution.
• Participate in testing and validating system enhancements.
Required Qualification and Experience
• 5 - 7 years of experience in ant analyst role in financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively.
• Results oriented and driven.
• Experience with advanced working SQL knowledge, familiar with various databases such as SQL Server and Snowflake.
Preferred Qualification and Experience
• Proven experience in financial services industry. Knowledge of CLS (formerly ACBS) commercial lending application or similar industry lending platforms are a plus.
• Excel Power User.
• Understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and software design principles.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
