In this position, you will assist in developing functional specifications that satisfy client requirements. Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements. Actively participate in problem resolution; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed. Assist with production deployment planning. Perform system validation. Assist clients with ongoing support for applications.

- Assist in developing functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (small-medium scale).
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements.
- Actively participate in problem resolution; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed, working directly with customers to gather requirements and successfully onboard new data transmissions.
- Lead production deployment planning
- Perform system validation
- Assist internal stakeholder with ongoing support for applications
What experience you need
- High School Diploma
- English Proficiency C1
- +2 years of related experience preferred
- BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required
- 1 year experience across Business Analyst or customer facing roles
- 1 year of experience assisting in client education and technical troubleshooting activities
What could set you apart
- Experience with G-Suite
- Cloud Certification in GCP (strongly preferred)
- Professional proven track record of planning and coordinating onboarding and migration activities with external customers and technical resources
- Experience with Sterling File Gateway or a similar product
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
- Experience working with file transfer platforms and technologies
- Experience understanding of data transfer protocols such as SFTP and Connect Direct
- Experience of data security concepts such as PGP encryption, key certification, and SSH authentication
