Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our technical team. You will be working directly with our clients, internal and external partners to lead the build and delivery of solution design and configuration requirements to provide best practices.
Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership, taking a positive role in delivering complex solutions at scale.
  • Develop and document Data/Object models to meet customer needs.
  • Identify, delegate, and perform various tasks related to a project including software installation and configuration, deployment training, and deployment assistance.
  • Ensure the drafting of documents (blueprint) framing the definition of integration between PLM and third-party systems.
  • Ensure or participate in the integration between PLM and third-party systems.
  • Oversee and mentor other consultants during the delivery of Centric Software solutions.
  • Ensure a role of assistance in the sizing and implementation of simple or complex architectures (application or database cluster, distributed architectures).
  • Serve as a relay between Centric Software R&D and Customer Support for architectural issues, integration with third-party systems and advanced configuration;
  • Make suggestions as to the functionalities of future solutions, the methodology to be implemented and the customization of standards.
  • Ensure that software quality engineering procedures are followed.
  • Achieve customer goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Travel is expected - either to customers or to team events.
  • Adhere to the KPI decided by Centric PLM

Qualifications

  • Experience in working with AWS, GCP and VM based environments
  • Experience in expression/formula writing, SQL, XML and JavaScript
  • Experience with systems integration (REST API, DB-based and flat file) and with data migration between systems.
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge about the business processes in the fashion, retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industries would be an advantage
  • Great problem-solving skills to provide Centric PLM solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency to our customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as working with a larger team across multiple projects
  • Experience in Agile deployment methodology
