Responsibilities:
- Accounting for accruals with a high level of judgement (allowance for credit losses, professional fees, legal)
- Monthly carve-out entries related to divested business
- Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Prepare financial analyses for external audit
- Prepare financial statement disclosures for allowance for credit losses
- Implement software and tools to more efficiently analyze data
- Design, develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- CPA preferred
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Intermediate Excel skills
This is a hybrid position, 2 days a week expected in office
