We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations Team in Dublin, Ireland, supporting Publisher customers across EMEA. If you're eager to work with some of the world's biggest brands in a high-impact, client-facing role, where you’ll be the go-to technical expert, this is the opportunity for you!

As the primary technical contact for our Publisher customers, you will address and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating only when necessary. You’ll work closely with integrated clients and end-users, quickly identifying and resolving problems to ensure a seamless experience.

Internally, you’ll provide key insights and updates from a technology perspective, collaborating with teams across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Technical Support. Additionally, you’ll deliver high-touch, consultative technical support to our most premium Publishers, ensuring their success.

We’re looking for critical thinkers who are passionate about driving customer success!

You should apply if you have most of this:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or client-facing technical role within the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot and interpret complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with ad serving technologies, web traffic analysis tools, and ad verification solutions, including debugging ad tags and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Strong understanding of Publisher monetisation strategies, including header bidding, programmatic advertising, and integration with SSPs and ad exchanges.
  • Experience with third-party ad tech platforms, especially for publishers.
  • Familiarity with publisher ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Xandr, Magnite).
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and key industry players.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled at simplifying technical concepts for client discussions.
