Role Overview
Broadridge is looking for a Technical Account Manager to interface our portfolio of clients in the Middle East, this will cover project management, issue troubleshooting and triage, as well as client’s new requirements gathering for our global development team. Will be part of a young and energetic team, surrounded by technical excellence with multiple career paths and personal evolution.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will mostly include Incident management, resolving production relation incidents of which are:

Working closely with IT staff and traders at customer sites to diagnose and resolve issues

Client relationship management
-
Full ownership of issues and projects
-
Coordination of various setup changes and enhancements
-
Liaise with various teams including Sales, Product teams, etc.

Onsite / offsite consultancy, meetings, trainings upon request
-
Documentation of requirements or project outlines
-
Able to work independently
Requirements
-
2-5 years of experience working in a financial institution, preferably in a support role
-
Must be a self-starter, flexible and adaptive with keen attention to details and strong work ethics

Ability to take ownership of projects & issues, and autonomously manage them in a fast-paced environment
-
Basic understanding of networks for connectivity issues
-
Great passion for technologies: Java, SQL, Unix, XML skillset
-
Energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Will need to cover Middle East trading hours
-
Knowledge of FIX Protocol
-
Early shift will be required

Experience with OMS

Understanding of financial markets, exchanges and financial instruments
