About the Job
- Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. Determines resource allocation to ensure that sales teams have the right level of technical expertise to support business development requirements (40%)
- Leads a team that provide technical expertise to the sales teams and customers during the sales process to ensure that customers' technical requirements are met. Main customer span broad geographic areas or a region, representing significant revenue for the company. (20%)
- Manages NBO pipeline. Defines sales initiatives and identifies additional sales opportunities that support the short-term operational plan. (20%)
- Acts as escalation point of contact, supports/assists the team with difficult or complex concerns. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. (20%)
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- Management experience
- Deep knowledge of technical support practices
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
