Job Description
As a Tech Lead will autonomously oversee the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner (PO) to plan and achieve desired outcomes while reporting results.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work within a cross functional agile team, ensuring high-quality technical contributions, addressing risks, and fostering a sustainable and efficient delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with Product and Development counterparts to proactively identify and address risks, including technical and architectural debt, system downtime, data security issues, and execution challenges.
- Assumes responsibility for the consistent tracking and reporting of all deliveries as well as Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) metrics for their team, while coaching their team to ensure operational sustainability in this endeavor.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Agile/XP Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices and adjusts them as needed to align with project requirements.
- Actively promotes and participates in the design review process, holding accountability for system designs within their team.
- Assumes responsibility for mentoring, development, and career management, including setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, managing low-performing team members, and facilitating promotions.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript, Angular and it’s design principles
- Solid understanding of .NET framework, .NET Core, and C# programming; adept at multiple programming languages and paradigms.
- Proficient in Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; capable of selecting the right solution based on constraints.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and advanced architectural patterns.
- Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies covering unit, integration, end-to-end, flow tests, UI testing automation.
- Experience in leading Agile development teams, planning and overseeing tasks, resources and timelines to achieve specific objectives and deliver successful outcomes within a defined scope.
- Experience in requirements gathering, determining user expectations for a new or modified product.
