Job Description
As a Tech Lead, you will join our dynamic development teams responsible for implementation of and maintenance of high-availability systems. The Tech Lead autonomously oversees the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team. They collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to plan, achieve desired outcomes, and report the results generated by the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver High-Impact Contributions: Lead the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, earning recognition for impactful contributions within the tech stack.

Mentor and Grow Talent: Mentor engineers, provide career development guidance, and assist in recruitment and headcount planning.

Drive System Design: Take accountability for system design decisions and actively participate in design reviews.

Track and Report Deliverables: Ensure consistent tracking of deliveries and Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) metrics while coaching the team on sustainability.

Negotiate Trade-offs: Skillfully negotiate between scope, speed, and quality with Product Owners to achieve project goals.

Maintain Delivery Excellence: Ensure predictable, high-quality deliveries by monitoring the team’s performance and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.

Transform Complex Projects: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and guide team members through execution.

Collaborate Proactively: Work closely with Product and Development teams to address risks such as technical debt, system downtime, and data security challenges.
Qualifications

Technical Expert: You have deep expertise in developing distributed, high performance applications and a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Expertise in web and micro services architecture, cloud technologies and agile ways of working

Enterprise tech – Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, Caching Solutions, Solution Architecture, Design Principles

Collaborative Leader: You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Product and Development counterparts.

Mentor and Coach: You enjoy mentoring engineers at various levels and fostering their professional growth.

Design Advocate: You’re passionate about system design and take ownership of design decisions within your team.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: You have experience with tracking deliverables of software development projects and ensuring operational sustainability.

Agile Practitioner: You have a strong understanding of Agile/XP and SDLC practices and are comfortable adjusting them to project needs.

Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate trade-offs and keep teams aligned on scope, speed, and quality.

Feedback-Oriented: You’re committed to providing consistent feedback to your team, ensuring no surprises during performance reviews.

Experience in a sport betting brand is a plus
Technical skills required:

Proficient in .net technologies with specific focus on c# and f#

Web Services: Strong background in RESTful APIs and web services.

Databases: Experience with SQL (MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis, Elastic).

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

DevOps Tools: Knowledge of CI/CD, Gitlab
