Job Description
As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team.
He will be Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Product & Tech Team. You will work closely with the Product Owner to plan, execute, and evaluate team results.

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions and ensure impactful outcomes.
- Address risks such as technical debt, system downtime, and security issues.
- Lead design reviews and maintain accountability for system designs.
- Track and report on deliveries and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) metrics.
- Negotiate trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality with Product Owners.
- Balance team urgency with burnout prevention and monitor team pace.
- Provide technological context for complex features and guide team members.
- Participate in cross-team initiatives and knowledge sharing through workshops.
- Proficiently apply and adapt Agile/XP SDLC practices.
- Engage in recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
- Set and communicate clear team goals aligned with business strategy, fostering a motivating work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka Elastic search & React including CLI and Nx; familiarity with React and Vue.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 7+ Years of experience.
- Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams while handling complex technical and managerial tasks.
- Advanced skills in Microservices, Agile Development, CI/CD, and SDLC.
- Proficiency in Project/Programme Management, APIs/Web Services, Technology Strategy, and Governance.
- Strong in Change Management, Requirements Gathering, and Algorithms.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of .NET framework, Cloud Computing, and AI/Machine Learning.
