Tech College Learning Program Manager, Senior Associate

As a member of the Tech College Program Delivery Team, the Senior Associate, Learning Program Manager will be responsible for partnering closely with key business partners in Capital One's Tech organization to deliver practical and immersive learning experiences. This role will coordinate the delivery of interactive live and self-paced experiences with tiered and cohort-specific components to meet tech associates where they are and get them where they need to be to achieve Capital One's Tech Imperatives. This role will partner closely with the Tech leaders, instructional designers, learning consultants, learning and development partners, and other stakeholders to deliver and implement best-in-class programs.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Has excellent program management skills including program planning and execution, event planning, program logistics, stakeholder management, assessment and evaluation
- Has experience delivering dynamic learning experiences, preferably in a Tech company or with tech talent in a corporate or academic environment
- Has experience driving communications with participants and facilitators to keep them engaged and apprised of important details and developments
- Dynamically communicates with a variety of audiences, adapting their style for written and verbal channels depending on content and audience
- Has an eye for detail and a keen ability to organize, move, select, synthesize, summarize and edit information to make it effective
- Has skills in operational effectiveness, process automation, and leveraging artificial intelligence to work more efficiently and create capacity for other priorities
- Has the ability to be agile and change forward, quickly adapting and mobilizing around shifting priorities based on the needs of the business
- Has ability to autonomously drive projects and strategy forward using judgment and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end management to the Tech College programs including the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage program timelines, budget, and resources to ensure efficient program delivery and alignment with company
- Act as a host and producer for learners during live learning sessions and office hours. Manage all logistics including partnering with SMEs to ensure their preparedness, including but not limited to setting up Zoom recordings, managing course materials in LMS, and monitoring participation, etc.
- Manage all program communications (both formal and informal) to engage participants, instructors, managers, mentors and presenters
- Partner with the Tech College learning consultants, learning designers, software engineers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) on continuous improvement
- Focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable and high performing solutions
- Create awareness of the program through marketing efforts within the tech community, as well as enrolling participants and maintaining a well-managed documentation efforts
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks to program delivery
- Manage open enrollment courses connected to the focus and scope of program portfolio

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in program or project or process management
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience delivering large scale learning programs
- 1+ year of experience in stakeholder management in a corporate setting
- 1+ years of experience in learning event planning
- 1+ year of Agile experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Sr. Learning Associate
Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Learning Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
