Key Objectives
- Lead and manage a team of Support Engineers/Developers in a Development and Operations Center for Intelligent Automation
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of automation solutions, ensuring they meet the defined goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Intelligent Automation Solutions using tools as briefed by Global Center of Excellence
- Oversee the support and operations of existing Intelligent Automation Solutions
- Provide technical guidance to the team members on Global Framework and governance
- Ensure the timely delivery of automation projects by effectively managing project resources and timelines
- Close collaboration with Global Center of Excellence and other IT departments
- Outline continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas in the automation process that can be optimized for efficiency and effectiveness
YOUR TALENT
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies:
- All genders are welcome to apply
- University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering or related field
- Solid experience (5+ years) in supporting or developing Intelligent Automation systems, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Low Code (PowerPlatform)
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and mentor others (previous leadership experience desired)
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and automation tools/frameworks (e.g., UiPath, PowerAutomate) would be a benefit
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Good cross-cultural communication skills
- Capability to maintain schedules and standards in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Business English
